Prick is about pleasure and pain and the fragility of relationships (especially sexual). It lures the viewer in with its physical beauty – bright, shiny, and existing in an impossibly precarious place – and then exudes a warning that its core structure is composed of dangerous elements and its core existence is tenuous at best.
